This tilt-up building was designed for a new warehouse and distribution center. The project was a speculative building, planned for leasing and logistics by InterChange Group, Inc. The space available is 15,000+ square feet. Some special features of the building included the following:
- Varying panel thicknesses
- Dimpled finishes
- Multiple colored paint scheme
- Varied roof lines
- Canopy-covered loading dock
The Nielsen Partnership
Interchange President Devon Anders chose Nielsen for this project for a number of reasons. Nielsen offered a tilt-up system with more architectural features than other tilt-ups in the market, and included superior structural system design.
