This tilt up building was designed for a refrigerated addition to an existing distribution center. The project consisted of an 11,000-square foot addition that was built out of insulated sandwich panel, tilt-up concrete and renovation of the existing Anheuser-Busch distribution center. Presently, the addition is used as a truck loading center for the distributor with plans of converting to additional cold storage as business expands. Interior renovations included changing the quantity and upgrading the existing cold storage capabilities, plus additional office space and face lifts for old offices.
